The Time Reporting system in Vision Back Office allows your company's employees to clock in and out for work. If your employees are not paid for breaks, you can direct them to also sign out and in when they take lunch breaks, for example.
The Time Reporting menu has several options:
Time In/Out Entry: Use this menu option to sign in and sign out.
Time In/Out Maintenance: Use this menu option to make changes to your previously entered time entries.
Employee Time Report: Use this menu option to generate a report that shows time entries for one or more employees for a specified date range.
Before employees can enter their time in the Time Reporting system, they need to be set up in the system. The Employees maintenance on the Vision Configuration tab in the Vision Graphical User Interface (GUI) is where they need to be set up.
