Customer Monthly Reporting

There are two monthly report types available in Customer Monthly Reporting: usage reports and billing reports.

Usage Reports

The usage reports break down a customer's purchases to show product usage through a range of dates, departments, and company levels. You can send the reports to customers so that they can track the various items they buy on a monthly basis.

To generate a report, you select the appropriate menu option and then answer a series of prompts to customize the information. The reports, as well as the various selection criteria for each one, are discussed on the following pages:

Billing (Invoice) Reports

The monthly billing/invoice reports provide a list of billed invoices that break down a customer's purchases by category, customer code, and time period. You can send the reports to customers for their own internal tracking purposes. The reports help them track various billed products on a monthly basis.
