Epicor Vision includes these features and much more:

• Graphical user interface (GUI) for order processing and customer maintenance

  Processing orders, invoices, credit memos, and rebills, as well as updating customer information, has never been easier!

  Order Entry, Order Maintenance, One-Step Invoices, Credit Memos, and Rebilling is now available in one integrated screen with all the required functionality.

• Streamlined navigation

  Critical functions are more visible, more accessible, and more intuitive.

  For example, navigation for Customer Service is  customer-centric: once you pick a customer, everything that you could possibly want to do for that customer is accessible within one or two mouse clicks.

• Automated, integrated follow-up capability for routine customer service functions

  Vision Enterprise automates important customer service and quality assurance processes across your organization.

  For example, Vision Enterprise can automatically place the routine function of releasing a credit hold directly in the customer service rep's follow-up queue!
