Working with the Home Page tab

The Home Page tab serves as the focal point for service information from all of the other areas of Vision. And many of the core activities that help you manage customer relationships are automated in Vision; you can easily initiate these activities right from the Home Page tab. It provides a quick glance of important need-to-know information and need-to-do activities:

This screen presents the following:

  • My Follow-up queue: activities that need to be done to help you provide the optimal customer experience

  • Calendar: a quick view of which days are associated with upcoming follow-up activities

  • Company News and Special Alerts: information that needs to be communicated to everyone in the company

  • My Links: a set of handy hyperlinks that you can customize to boost your productivity and efficiency

Customer Profile

This screen enables you to quickly search for customers and view a summary of basic information about them, as well as their buying habits.

Vision Back Office

This screen provides you with quick access to Vision Back Office.
