You can adjust viewing options so that only follow-up activities that meet certain criteria are listed in My Follow-up queue. This allows you to focus your attention on activities that are urgent and high priority, for example, before working on items that are medium or low priority. Or you might choose to change your view to display follow-ups associated with a particular event such as an outbound telemarketing campaign and hide other follow-up activities while you are focused on making outbound calls.
Note: If you have urgent or high-priority follow-up activities in your follow-up queue but they are hidden from view because of your selected viewing options, a notification message is added to the Special Alerts area, and the text in the Special Alerts area is changed to red. If you change your viewing options so that the urgent and high-priority follow-up activities are displayed, the notification message is removed and the text of any remaining special alert message is changed to black.
On the Home Page tab, click the Home Page button. The Home Page screen appears.
Click the Display Options button.
Select one or more items in the Sources, Event, Priority, and/or Follow-up Dates areas.
Click the Accept button. The follow-up activities that meet the criteria you selected are displayed in My Follow-up queue.

On the Home Page tab in the calendar, click any date that is bold. Doing so will cause all of the follow-up activities for that date to be listed in My Follow-up queue. If any of the other display options (Sources, Event, Priority, and/or Follow-up Dates) are already selected, your view will be adjusted to display only the types of follow-up that you selected for the date on the calendar that you clicked.
