You can generate the Warehouse Productivity Report in Vision Back Office to view statistics regarding the movement of products within your warehouses by selected warehouse employees.
When you first access Warehouse Productivity Report option, several prompts are displayed:
Enter EMPLOYEE # or 'ALL': Enter the identification number of the employee whose warehouse productivity statistics should be included in the report. Enter ALL if you would like the report to show productivity statistics for all employees. Employee ID numbers are established in the Employee ID field of the Employee maintenance, which is available from the Miscellaneous Information folder on the System Configuration screen of the Vision Configuration tab.
Enter Beginning Date: Enter the starting date for the warehouse productivity statistics that should be included on the report.
Enter Ending Date: Enter the ending date for the warehouse productivity statistics that should be included on the report.
(S)creen or (P)rinter: Enter S if you would like the report displayed on the screen; enter P if you would like the report sent to your spooler hold file so that you can print it.
The following columns are displayed on this report:
Date: This column shows the selected date.
Empl ID: This column shows the employee's ID number.
Employee Name: This column shows the employee's name.
Pulled: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee picked for customer orders on the selected date.
Verified: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee verified on the selected date. This quantity includes verification of both standard orders and credit memo returns.
Received: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee received into the warehouse on the selected date.
Put Away: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee put away on the selected date. This quantity includes putaway of products received from vendors, as well as products returned from customers for credit memos.
Moved: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee moved from one warehouse location to another on the selected date.
Mispicked: This column shows the quantity of products that the warehouse employee mistakenly picked for customer orders on the selected date.
