The Pricing Inquiry screen on the Pricing tab enables you to view pricing information for a product.
Note: To access the Pricing Inquiry screen, you must have the proper security privileges. The Pricing Maintenance job function needs to be assigned to one of your roles. Roles are assigned to users in the User Maintenance on the Security Maintenance screen of the Vision Configuration tab. For more information, refer to About roles and job functions.
On the Pricing tab, click the Pricing Inquiry button. The Pricing Inquiry screen appears.
In the Parts field, type one of the following:
The product number, or part of it
The product description, or part of it

To refine your search and see more targeted search results, you can conduct an advanced search by following a couple of other steps:
Click the Options button.
In the Search Filters area, select one or more options from the filter lists if you would like to narrow your search.
Click the Search button or press Enter.
If only one product meets your search criteria, the corresponding product information is provided on the Product screen.
If more than one product meets your search criteria, the corresponding products are identified in the Product listing at the bottom of the Product screen. To select a product and view its pricing information, click the appropriate row in the listing.
You can view the following information while viewing this screen and the various tabs on this screen:
Basic product information, such as the description, manufacturer, product class, product type, ABC code, and stock type.
The current pricing of a product for each price level.
The future pricing of a product for each price level.
The unit of measure and corresponding multiple and list price established for the product.
The availability, stock status, and ABC code of the product at each of your warehouses (or stores).
The vendors that offer this product, as well as the corresponding cost and unit of measure.
