On the Pricing Model screen of the Pricing tab, if you right-click a pricing rule and then select Change Calculation Data on the shortcut menu, the Price Level Calculation dialog box appears. (For details on the Pricing Model screen, please refer to Field and button descriptions of the Pricing Model screen.)
Descriptions of the fields and buttons on the Price Level Calculation dialog box are provided in the following table.
Note: To access the Price Level Calculation dialog box, you must have the proper security privileges. The Pricing Maintenance job function needs to be assigned to one of your roles. Roles are assigned to users in the User Maintenance on the Security Maintenance screen of the Vision Configuration tab. For more information, refer to About roles and job functions.

Select the price level for which you would like to establish a price level calculation. Note that some price levels for manufacturers are loaded from a CD or spreadsheet. Be careful not to overlay a loaded price level with a calculation. Price levels are established on the Price Level screen. Select a price level from the drop-down list if you would like the price level calculation you are creating or modifying to be based on a different price level price. — or — Select <Replacement Cost> from the drop-down list if you would like the price level calculation you are creating or modifying to be based on the purchase order cost. |

After you have completed the Price Level, Based on Price Level, Discount Type, and % fields, click the Add button to add the new price level calculation to the list of calculations for the current pricing model. |

To remove a price level calculation from the current pricing model, select it in the listing in the Price Level Calculation area. Then click the Remove button. |
