Descriptions of the fields and buttons on the Order Inquiry screen of the Customer Service tab are provided in the following table.
Note: To access the Order Inquiry screen, you must have the proper security privileges. The Customer Lookup job function needs to be assigned to one of your roles. Roles are assigned to users in the User Maintenance on the Security Maintenance screen of the Vision Configuration tab. For more information, refer to About roles and job functions.

The order sources are created through Order Source Maintenance, and some examples of possible order sources are telephone orders, outside sales, and mail-in orders. The Invoice Register gives you a summary of totals by order source. |

This field shows the customer's special instructions that are printed on the pick ticket. |

This is the customer's blanket purchase order number. Data retrieval from the release file is available to show the money spent under this blanket PO number. |

This is the sales rep for the customer. |

If a commission for this order is split between two salespeople, the second salesperson is listed here. |

This is the percentage of the commission that the first sales rep receives for this order. |

This is the Customer Service Representative (CSR). This information is used to track sales and credits by line. |

The job number that was entered on the Current Order screen of the Customer Service tab appears in this field. The job number will be the same as the first quote entered for a job. All of the activities in the furniture system are tracked by job number. A job includes merchandise, service, installation, and any other charges that are connected with a customer's furniture project. |

This field contains the geographical location of the customer's ship to address. |

The ship route and zone associated with the map location selected on the Current Order screen of the Customer Service tab are shown here. The ship route describes when a delivery takes place and also any key information about the order such as if it is a drop shop or crossdock product. The ship zone helps to sequence the deliveries on each route. |

This is the invoice number or release number for order credits. |

The signature of the person who signed for the delivered order, as well as other delivery information such as time and date, are displayed. |
This is the line number of the order activity. |
