Remove a product from the current order

The Current Order screen on the Customer Service tab is where you remove products from the current order before you have accepted the order.

To remove a product from the current order

  1. On the Customer Service tab, click the Current Order button. The Current Order screen appears. The products for the current order are included in the listing at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the row in the listing for the product you would like to remove from the order.

  3. To remove all quantities of the product, click the Remove Line button.

To reduce the quantity of the product for the order, type a new quantity in the Order Qt field. You can also change the unit of measure by selecting one from the UOM drop-down list.
