The Current Order screen on the Customer Service tab is where you cancel the current order before you have accepted it. In addition, if the order is currently on hold, you can have it redisplayed on the Current Order screen and then cancel the order.
On the Customer Service tab, click the Current Order button. The Current Order screen appears.
If the order that you would like to cancel is not already displayed, enter the order number in the Order Number field.
Click the Cancel Order button. A warning message appears to let you know that if you continue, you will lose the current order information.
