The Recent Transactions screen on the Customer Service tab enables you to cancel a picker for a release. After you cancel the release, you may return the products to stock or do whatever is necessary to properly store the product(s).
Note: To cancel a picker, you must have the proper security privileges. The Cancel Picker job function needs to be assigned to one of your roles. Roles are assigned to users in the User Maintenance on the Security Maintenance screen of the Vision Configuration tab. For more information, refer to About roles and job functions.
Note: If you cancel a release, make sure that you have the hard copy of the picker in your hand to avoid having cancelled products shipped to the customer.
On the Customer Service tab, click the Recent Transactions button. The Recent Transactions screen appears.
In the Specific Transaction field, type the order number or the release number.

To refine your search, you can conduct an advanced search by following a few other steps:
Click the Options button.
In the Search Filters area, select one or more of the options from the filter lists if you would like to narrow your search.
Click the Search button. The corresponding transactions are listed in the Recent Transactions log at the bottom of the screen.
Right-click the appropriate transaction and on the shortcut menu, select Cancel Picker.
Note: You can cancel a picker only if the following conditions are met:
The release has not been verified.
If it was a system-generated transfer, verification must be used in order to cancel the picker.
Serial numbers have not been assigned.
If these conditions are not met, the system will not allow you to cancel the picker.
When the picker is canceled, the on-hand quantities are updated.
