You can perform many functions in Vision by using the keyboard or the mouse, depending on your preference. The information below informs you of alternatives for some of the most common Vision functions.
Do one of the following:
Press Tab to move forward in the tab sequence.

Press Shift + Tab to move backward in the tab sequence.
— or —
Using the mouse, point to and click the desired field.
The field is now the active field.
Do one of the following:
Use the tab (in some cases, use the arrow keys) to move the focus to the check box so it is active, then press the Spacebar to select or clear the check box.
— or —
Using the mouse, click the check box.
Vertical and horizontal split bars are used in many areas of Vision to divide and organize the screen into different logical sections. At times you may wish to view more of one section and less of the other. You can do this by moving the split bar.
Move the mouse over the split bar. The cursor will change to two lines and two arrows ( or
).
Click and hold the left mouse button.
While still holding down the mouse button, drag the split bar up or down (for a horizontal split bar) or left or right (for a vertical split bar).
Release the mouse button.
