You can configure customer preferences to automatically verify incoming or outgoing transfer orders. To configure this setting, do the following:
Click the Customer Maintenance tab.
Click Customer Profile.
Select a customer. Click here to learn how to search for and select a customer. Vision will display the customer in each of the Customer Maintenance screens you click.
Click the image to see a larger view.
Click Order Preferences.
Select the incoming order preferences.
Default to Warehouse: defaults to the warehouse settings.
Auto Verify: when you place an order, the Auto Verification step displays after the Print Pick Ticket step.
Do Not Auto Verify: the order is not automatically verified.
Select the outgoing order preferences.
Click Accept.
