Windows 8.1

Vision runs on Windows 8.1 with a hotfix issued from Microsoft. The hotfix from Microsoft is not publically available yet. They will release that along with the next service pack of Windows 8.1 and we do not have a date for that.

However, if you want to get the hotfix before they release it for public, you can call Microsoft and ask for the hotfix for “Microsoft KB Article Number 2926995”. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2926995

Step 2 – Trust Vision server IP address in Internet Explorer.

Finally, you need to add the Vision Enterprise web server to your system's list of trusted sites. The easiest way to do this is to use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Start Internet Explorer.

On the Tools menu, click Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box appears.

Click the Security tab.

Click the Trusted Sites option.

Click the Sites button. The Trusted Sites dialog box appears.

Uncheck the Required server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.
