The 12-Month Sales History option, available in Vision Back Office, produces a report that helps you identify how customers have performed in the past 12 months compared to other customers. The report is sorted by year and month, sales rep, and customer type (e.g., medical, government). It displays the GP and GM % for a 12-month period.
Several prompts need to be answered to run this report:
Enter Ending History Year
Enter Ending History Month
Enter Salesperson or ‘ALL'
Enter Customer Type or ‘ALL'
Enter Company or ‘ALL'
