Configuring Webdocs Document Imaging

• Configuration will typically be done by an implementation specialist.

To configure Vision for Webdocs Document Imaging, do the following:

1. Make sure you have these three pieces of information on hand:

• Imaging Server Name.

• Interface Program.

• Imaging Login.

2. Click the Vision Configuration tab.

3. Open System Configuration.

4. Open Dealer Information.

5. Open Document Imaging Settings.

6. If Local Document Imaging is enabled, clear the "Enabled" check box.

7. Put a checkmark in the Enabled check box for Webdocs Document Imaging.

8. The Enabled check box for Webdocs Document Imaging will not be available if the check box for Local Document Imaging is set (checked). To enable Webdocs Document Imaging, you must first disable Local Document Imaging.

8. Type in the Imaging Server Name.

9. Type in the Interface Program.

10. Type in the Imaging Login.

11. Checkmark the documents you want to send to imaging.

12. Click Accept.
