Customer Service -> Payments (F10)
Retail/POS -> Payments (F10)

Customer Service -> A/R Detail Inquiry
Accounts Receivable -> A/R Detail Inquiry

Now the Customer Service and Retail/POS Payments screen gives you the ability to specify the CSR for payments On Account or for Order/Release. Once the payment is applied, the CSR is also shown on the A/R Detail Inquiry screen.
